Mujawarah for Life and Development
Gaza – Mujawarah for Life and Development – UK delivered a specialised coaching program for facilitators of the Social Development Forum as part of the “Mujawarah & School” project, which seeks to revive learning among students in Gaza by creating living, human-centered learning spaces and strengthening the role of families and communities in supporting students.
The coaching program included interactive sessions focused on developing deep listening skills, facilitating educational dialogues, and accompanying families and students with flexible and humane approaches. Facilitators were also trained to use tools from the “ My Family and I” guide, which offers practical methods for turning homes and community spaces into safe, supportive, and dynamic learning environments
The training further introduced practical exercises aimed at enhancing family bonds, activating daily communication at home, and helping students regain motivation and reconnect with learning—aligned with the vision of the “Mujawarah & School” project to reimagine education as a living, shared experience rooted in everyday life.
Mujawarah emphasised that this coaching track represents a key step toward strengthening the capacities of local partners and empowering educational teams to work with greater presence, sensitivity, and flexibility, ultimately contributing to a more vibrant and resilient learning environment for Gaza’s students.

غزة – نفّذت مؤسسة مجاورة للحياة والتنمية – بريطانيا برنامج كوتشينج متخصصًا لميسّري المنتدى الاجتماعي التنموي، وذلك ضمن مسار “مجاورة ومدرسة“ الذي يهدف إلى إعادة إحياء التعليم لدى طلاب غزة عبر خلق مساحات تعلّم حيّة وتعزيز دور الأسرة والمجتمع في دعم الطلاب
وتضمّن برنامج الكوتشينج جلسات تفاعلية ركّزت على تنمية مهارات الإصغاء العميق، ومرافقة العائلات والطلاب، وتنظيم الحوارات التربوية، إضافة إلى تدريب الميسّرين على استخدام أدوات مستمدة من دليل “أنا وعائلتي“ الذي يقدّم طرقًا عملية لتحويل البيوت والمساحات المجتمعية إلى بيئات تعلّم آمنة ومرنة
كما شمل التدريب تمارين عملية تساعد الميسّرين على تعزيز الروابط الأسرية، وتنشيط التواصل اليومي داخل البيوت، ودعم الطلاب في استعادة الدافعية والاتصال بالتعلم، بما ينسجم مع رؤية مشروع “مجاورة ومدرسة” الذي يسعى إلى إعادة تخيّل عملية التعلّم وربطها بالحياة اليومية
وأكدت مؤسسة مجاورة أن هذا المسار يمثّل خطوة مهمة في بناء قدرات الشركاء المحليين، وتمكين الفرق التربوية من العمل بمرونة وإنسانية، بما يسهم في تعزيز حضور التعليم في حياة الطلاب.
