Mujawarah Holds Reflection and Needs Exploration Workshop with Sharek Youth Forum Facilitators in the West Bank

Mujawarah for Life and Development held a reflection and dialogue workshop with a group of female facilitators from Sharek Youth Forum programmes in the West Bank, as part of the “My Family and I – Strengthening Supportive Practices within Families and Kinship Networks” project, implemented by Mujawarah in partnership with Sharek Youth Forum and UNFPA.

The workshop provided a space for collective reflection on the facilitators’ experiences and practical knowledge gained through their work with girls, adolescents and young people. It explored the role of families and kinship networks in participants’ lives, and how family relationships and roles influence everyday practices and the outcomes of community programmes.

Discussions focused on opportunities for support within families and kinship networks, the challenges facilitators encounter when engaging with these relationships, and the practical needs and tools that could help extend the impact of their work beyond programme sessions and activities into participants’ everyday lives.

The workshop forms part of a participatory process to develop the practical guide for the My Family and I project, drawing on facilitators’ field experiences and insights whilst recognising the diversity of family and social contexts across Palestine.

عقدت مؤسسة مجاورة للحياة والتنمية ورشة تأمل وحوار مع مجموعة من ميسّرات برامج منتدى شارك الشبابي في الضفة الغربية، ضمن أنشطة مشروع “أنا  وعائلتي – تعزيز الممارسات الداعمة داخل الأسرة وشبكات القرابة”، الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع منتدى شارك الشبابي وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان

شكّلت الورشة مساحة للتأمل الجماعي في تجارب الميسّرات وخبراتهن العملية في العمل مع الفتيات واليافعين والشباب، واستكشاف حضور الأسرة وشبكات القرابة في حياة المشاركين والمشاركات، وتأثير العلاقات والأدوار الأسرية في الممارسات اليومية المرتبطة بنتائج البرامج

وتناولت الحوارات فرص المساندة التي يمكن أن توفرها العلاقات الأسرية وشبكات القرابة، والتحديات التي تواجهها الميسّرات في التعامل مع هذه العلاقات، إلى جانب استكشاف الاحتياجات والأدوات العملية التي يمكن أن تساعدهن على تعزيز أثر تدخلاتهن خارج نطاق الجلسات والأنشطة، وامتداده إلى الحياة اليومية للمشاركين والمشاركات

وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن مسار تشاركي لتطوير المرشد العملي لمشروع “أنا وعائلتي”، بالاستناد إلى خبرات الميسّرات وتجاربهن الميدانية، وبما يراعي تنوع السياقات الأسرية والاجتماعية في فلسطين
